Postage & Packing

Sophie Jules will endeavor to deliver all items within 3 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. Your purchase will arrive in a smart white box posted in a plain envelope. Orders are despatched via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Please bear this in mind when chosing your delivery address.

Provided we receive your order before 4pm, we will dispatch the same day. For orders received after 4pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day. All orders received on Saturday or Sunday be dispatched on Monday. Please let us know if you need your order urgently and we will make arrangements with you.

We work closely with all our designers and are able, in some cases, to order a bespoke piece for you. Please be aware that delivery may take up to 4 weeks for specially commissioned items. We will endeavor to keep you up updated regarding expected delivery dates.
